The Ludlow Code Enforcement Board was formed per Ordinance 2002-14 as a means to issue remedial orders and impose civil fines when a violation of an ordinance or code provision has been classified as a civil offense. The purpose of the Code Enforcement Board is to promote public health and safety in the city. This is done by enforcing the most current city and state building codes. Board Meetings: The Ludlow Code Enforcement Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are held at the Ludlow City Building located at 227 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY. Submitting Complaints: Complaints, concerns and comments can be submitted to the Ludlow City Building via fax, mail, or in person. Complaints are generally addressed in the order which they are received and are directed toward appropriate parties. Responding to Notices: The most important thing any property owner can do when receiving an Nuisance Code Violation or Citation is to contact the Zoning Administrator immediately to discuss abatement and ensure that contact information is correct. Liens/Foreclosures: Should a case lead to lien or foreclosure, contact the City of Ludlow. Inquiries/Correspondence:
