The Historic Preservation Board was formed in an effort to regain the historical and architectural values of building within the city's historic district that have been altered, destroyed or damaged over the years.

Responsibilities: The Historic Preservation Board is responsible for reviewing building/demolition permits (Certificates of Appropriateness) in the Historic District.

Meetings: Meetings are held in the Lower Level Meeting Hall of the Ludlow Municipal Center on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
