KCPC Open House Regarding Direction 2030's Land Use

The Implementation Committee of the Kenton County Planning Commission will host a public open house regarding Direction 2030’s Land Use element on June 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the PDS Commission Chambers located at 2332 Royal Drive, Fort Mitchell.

The land use element of the comprehensive plan defines the vision for Kenton County’s growth and development. As such, it is one of the key determining factors for zone changes and development plans.

Meeting attendees will have an opportunity to view and comment on the Recommended Land Use elements for the Cities of Bromley, Edgewood, Elsmere, Erlanger, Fairview, Fort Mitchell, Independence, Kenton Vale, Ludlow, and Ryland Heights.

The open house style meeting is designed to give attendees an opportunity to review draft changes, ask questions, and provide comments. The meeting is open to anyone who is interested in helping guide the future of these Kenton County communities.
