The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the first phase of the Riverfront Commons walking and biking trail was held on Friday, May 5, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. Due to inclement weather, the ceremony was held inside the Ludlow Municipal Center, 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY.
Construction on the first phase of the project will begin behind Ludlow Memorial Park on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
