Public Hearing Notice

To all interested citizens of the City of Ludlow, Kentucky:

The Kentucky Department for Local Government is accepting applications under the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Response (CDBG-CV) Program.  The City of Ludlow intends to apply for assistance in the form of emergency utility relief payments.  The city will hold a public hearing on Thursday April 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ludlow City Building located at 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, Kentucky 41016.  The purpose of this hearing is to obtain comments on the desirability of public assistance for eligible citizens who need help paying for covered utilities.  

Comments on Application

A copy of the CDBG-CV application will be on file at the Ludlow City Building located at 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, Kentucky 41016 for review and comment during regular business hours from March 26, 2021 through April 7, 2021.  Comments on the proposed application may be submitted to the attention of Scott Smith until the close of business on April 7, 2021.
