CITY OF LUDLOW

The City of Ludlow's Administrative Department is responsible for keeping records, addressing general inquiry regarding Ludlow and collecting payments.

Office hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Collections: The City of Ludlow collects payments for (but not limited to) City Taxes (billed annually), Blight Fees, Building Permit Fees, Code Enforcement Fines, Parking Tickets, and Yard Sale Permit Fees.

Payments: The City of Ludlow accepts cash, check, and money order as acceptable forms of payment.

Records & Tax Requests: All records & tax requests submitted are addressed in the order they are received. Requests must be submitted in writing and a general form must be completed for each request. The City of Ludlow has up to three (3) business days to respond to any and all requests.

Important dates of Interest: City Taxes are generally due the 31st of October of each year. Waste Bills are billed quarterly and due the 18th of January, April, July and October each year. Learn more about previous years' rates and fees on "Current/Prospective Owner" page in the Community Section.

2007 Property Tax Rate: $1.71 per $1,000 (approved 9/13/2007)

2007 Fire/EMS Tax Rate: $1.71 per $1,000 (approved 9/13/2007)

Residential Waste Collection Rate Change: $36.00 per unit

Commercial Waste Collection Rate Change: $46.00 per unit
