Code Enforcement Process 

Services: The Building/Zoning Department is available for assistance Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

To expedite a request, be sure to submit all contact information, including a daytime and evening phone, to the Building/Zoning Department via phone or e-mail. 

Committees/Boards Overview: 

*Code Enforcement Board: Responsible for enforcing Kentucky Building Codes and regulations within the city limits. 

*Board of Adjustments: Responsible for addressing applications for variances, conditional use permits, interpreting codes, and changes of codes.
