Please note:  Helen Street between Oak and Elm Streets will be closed from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for the event.  The north side of Elm St. from Helen St. to the Ludlow Post Office will be marked as Festival Parking Only; however, Ludlow Coffee customers will be able to park in this area as well.
