A special meeting of Ludlow City Council will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Ludlow Municipal Center, Ed F. Schroeder Meeting Hall, 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY for the purpose of a Governance 101 Presentation by the Kentucky League of Cities (KLC).

KLC’s attorneys will train elected officials on a comprehensive overview of the city’s form of government, statutory roles of city officials, open meetings, municipal liability, ethics, and personnel.
