A special meeting of Ludlow City Council will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ludlow Municipal Center, Ed F. Schroeder Meeting Hall, 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY for the purpose of discussion on hiring a new city administrator and discussion and a first reading of several ordinances, including amending the time and place for regular council meetings; Establishing a non-exclusive franchise for the transmission and distribution of either or both natural gas and electricity; and Amending Chapter 76:  Parking Schedules, Schedule II.  Limited Parking for additional 30-minute parking spaces on Helen Street.
