There will be a special City Council meeting on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ludlow Municipal Center, Ed F. Schroeder Meeting Hall, 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY for discussion and first reading of the ordinances setting the real and tangible property tax rate and the fire & EMS special ad valorem tax rate for fiscal year 2023-2024.
