The City of Ludlow, Kentucky is seeking sealed bid proposals for residential solid waste collection and recycling services/franchise within their corporate boundaries.
A copy of the bid packet can be obtained by contacting Laurie Sparks, City Clerk, at 859-491-1233 or [email protected] or in person at the city building. An official list of those who have obtained a copy will be kept on file. All bids and proposals in response to this solicitation must be received at City of Ludlow City Building, (51 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016), on or before 2:00 PM ET/1:00 PM CT June 25, 2026, on the form provided in the bid package in an enclosed sealed envelope with the subject “LUDLOW SOLID WASTE BID” clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be opened immediately after the close of bids at 2:00 PM ET/1:00 PM CT on June 25, 2026.
The City of Ludlow reserves the right to fully evaluate all bids for completeness and adherence to all bid specifications, and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals for any reason and may waive any informality in the evaluation of the bid.
