The City of Ludlow would like to announce that we will be accepting credit card and debit card payments starting April 1st 2009.  We feel this will be a significant convenience to the citizens of Ludlow as well as an upgrade to our office operations.  There will be a convenience charge of 3% with a minimum of $3.00.  The convenience charge is to cover the fees charged to the City by the credit card companies.
